
If you are ordering multiple quantities of the same item and wish to send them to different addresses, make sure to add each item to your cart separately. You will be able to specify the different addresses during the checkout process.
We do not collect sales tax at this time
The Big Top accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express via Paypal. Debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo also accepted via Paypal.
You will receive two email confirmations from us after ordering. One will confirm receipt of your order. The other will notify you when your order has shipped and will include a tracking number. Please note: if you ordered furniture items or items that ship directly from the manufacturer you will not receive a shipping confirmation.

The Big Top works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. Email us ASAP and we will attempt to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, please see our Returns policy for further instructions.
Items ship within one business day unless otherwise noted in the product description. Packages are only shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. If an order is placed for Fed Ex 2-day or 3-day the order must be received by The Big Top by 11 a.m. CST for it to be received within those specifications. For example: if an order is placed for 2-day by 11 a.m. on Monday it will arrive on Wednesday, if it is placed after 11 a.m. on Monday it will arrive on Thursday. The same principle applies to 3-day. Please be aware that payment issues and invalid billing address information will delay processing and shipment of your order.
Transit time depends on the recipient's location and the method of shipping selected or required. Only business days are included in the transit time while Sundays and holidays are not. Please be sure to request the proper shipping method for your needs, particularly if you have ordered an item that does not ship the next business day. You will need to add the days required for shipment to the transit time for these items. If your purchase arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within one week of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure for any reason, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges as well as any additional charges that we incur as a result.
Larger furniture requires special consideration in shipping and delivery. Because these items are oversized and heavy we must ship them via freight. Furniture shipments generally take 2-3 weeks from the time the order leaves the manufacturer. This time is in addition to the lead times indicated in the product description.

At The Big Top we want to do more than meet your expectations, we want to exceed them. So, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Please include a copy of your sales invoice along with a brief explanation for the return. Securely package your return and send it back to us via a traceable method with the shipper of your choice. We encourage you to purchase insurance for the original amount. We are not responsible for lost merchandise.
